THE VILLA

This lovely house is set in its own grounds of 3 acres with landscaped garden, lawn and carport.

 

The house nestles in the centre of a fig orchard, (hence the name) with panoramic views of the sea and around to the Monchique mountains. 

 

The 11 x 5m heated swimming pool is surrounded by large terraces and includes a barbecue, exterior shower and pergola.

 

Only 2km from the sea and the fishing town of Armacao de Pera with its lovely two mile long sandy beach.

 

A perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

 

  • Master bedroom with large king size bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room. Doors leading to large balcony. Dressing room equipped with 2 single drawer beds, ideal for kids up to 8yrs

  • Bedroom 2 - Twin room with en suite full bathroom. This room can be made into a super king double bed. Ground floor room

  • Bedroom 3 - Twin room with en suite shower room . Ground floor room

  • Bedroom 4 - Double room with en suite shower room. Ground floor room

All bedrooms equipped with fans and electric radiators.

 

  • En suite to Master Bedroom - with bath, shower over, single washbasin, bidet, toilet and shaver point.

  • En suite to Bedroom 2 - bath, shower over, double washbasin, bidet, toilet and shaver point.

  • En suite to bedroom 3 - walk in shower, with toilet , washbasin and shaver point.

  • En suite to bedroom 4 - walk in shower, with toilet, washbasin and shaver point.

 

Fully equipped kitchen offering dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, with gas/electric hob, toaster, kettle and a selection of electrical cooking appliances and washing machine.

 

Lounge and dining room providing Television, DVD, CD player, Video recorder, three 2 seater sofa’s, large bookcase with a good selection of holiday reading. Wood burning stove for winter use.  Oval dining table seating 8 persons. Large double sliding doors leading to circular terrace and stairs down to pool area. WiFi connection available.

 

Large terrace on 1st floor equipped with garden table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Ground Floor circular terrace equipped with large octagonal table with seating for 8 persons and parasol. Maid service provided 5 days per week.  All linen and towels changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels also provided for pool use.

Notes on Accommodation

 

  • Pool Cleaning: Provided twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the winter period

  • Gardeners: Visit once a week to tidy, cut lawn if necessary and water shrubs – visit will normally last 2 hours

  • Maid Service: Provided 5 days per week. 

  • High Chair and Cot available at no extra charge

 

Outside:

 

  • Private heated pool 11m x 5m surrounded by large terraces, with exterior shower, barbecue, Pool house and Pergola providing outside dining for 8 persons, sun loungers and umbrellas.

  • Garden area has a large lawn and on the boundary are many Carob, Fig , Almond and Olive trees. 

  • Interior area of the garden is planted with Oleanders, Bougainvillea, and palm trees.
